I’ve been a passionate teacher and leader in the Pilates industry for 20 years. Studio owner since 2005, I introduced boutique fitness programs to northwest Montana that were ahead of big city trends. i’m a national presenter, NCPT, Balanced Body Educator, and Master Trainer for Booty Barre. I earned my full certification through Stott Pilates and also completed the BASI Comprehensive Program. I am also a teacher on Pilates Anytime, certified health coach and mom of two.
