I am a model, content creator, and NASM- certified Pilates and Barre instructor. I found my passion and love in the fitness industry during my modeling career, which has led me to my teaching career. I use my methods, power, and dedication to empower and balance my clients into feeling much better within themselves, getting internally and externally stronger, and turning them into the better version of themselves while bringing them into their desired shape.
