My love for Pilates started at 4 years old - when I watched my mother workout to at-home videos in my childhood home! Fast forward to Fall 2024, I finally made the decision to enroll in teacher training and haven’t looked back since. My focus as an instructor is making sure my clients have a firm understanding of Pilates fundamentals while having fun and growing in their practice! In my brief time as an instructor, I’ve worked with clients of different races, ages, and body types across various appartuses. I look forward to expanding my clientele and continuing to grow as an instructor!
