I teach classical pilates. i am comprehensively certified through Peak Pilates. I have over 15 years experience, teaching group and private classes. I also own my private studio at my home, where I teach private lessons only . I thought group fitness in the past; cycle classes over 10 years and Barre classes for sbout 5 years.
