I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Pilates Instructor. I started teaching body conditioning classes at IMX Studio and found the true essence of Pilates. The idea of helping people become strong, agile, and in control of their bodies is what inspired me to get into Pilates. My ultimate goal is to teach classical Pilates as a preventative measure to injury and as a means to enjoy a healthy, happy, and productive life.
