I am an Instructor Trainer and Lead Teacher for Stott Pilates; teaching courses for beginning through advanced on Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. I also teach numerous CEC workshops and a course in Injuries and Special Populations (ISP). I am also certified in Gyrotonic Level 2 and on the Gyrotoner.
