Hi! My name is Gabby, I am a mat certified pilates teacher and would love to teach in Spain, Portugal - anywhere abroad in Europe. My style is very much a blend of contemporary and classic. I like to create an experience, adding breathing and music to the classes to ensure clients are able to maximise the time to work on themselves give back to their mind, body and soul. For me, movement is meditation and I want my clients to walk out knowing they’ve activated their bodies, muscles are switched on and already looking forward to the next burn.
