Grace is a Mat Pilates and Barre instructor with training through Balanced Body and Pure Barre. A dancer turned yogi turned Pilates–barre babe, she brings positive, encouraging energy to every class. Her sessions focus on lengthening and strengthening the body while keeping movement joyful, empowering, and accessible. Having taught in both the United States and Sri Lanka, Grace creates a fun, supportive space where students are motivated to evolve into their strongest, healthiest selves—one pulse, stretch, and smile at a time.
