Irina has been practicing Pilates since 2017, drawn to its unique combination of strength and flexibility that has helped her uncover her own potential and inner strength. She trained under 2nd Generation Master Sarah MacLachlan through the Balanced Body comprehensive mentorship program, covering Mat, Reformer, and Apparatus such as Trapeze/Tower, Chair, and Barrels. Her classes are designed to be challenging, inspiring, playful, and rewarding, helping students move with strength, ease and grace.
