Jen began her pilates journey in 2018. She entered a classical studio for privates, having never seen a reformer before. It didn’t take long to really love it and see the benefits. The mind body connection, and breathwork along with feeling so much stronger in her body led to regular practice.
Pilates became a bigger part of Jen’s life when she pursued a 500 hour teacher training program. She loves to create class flows and teach people on both mat and apparatus and be a part of their wellness journey and ultimately feeling more strong and confident in their bodies.
