Jen began her pilates journey in 2018. She entered a classical studio for privates, having never seen a reformer before. It didn't take long to really love it and see the benefits. The mind-body connection and breathwork, along with feeling so much stronger in her body, led to regular practice.
Pilates became a bigger part of Jen's life when she pursued a 500-hour teacher training program. She loves to create class flows and teach people on both mat and apparatus, and be a part of their wellness journey and ultimately feeling more strong and confident in their bodies.
