I love teaching a mixture of contemporary and classical Pilates, also incorporating some mindfulness and breathwork. I like to keep my classes fun, flowing and challenging. I'm very adaptable to whoever I am teaching, whether that be individuals, boutique studios, gyms, corporates and events. The best part of classes is bringing so many like-minded people together through Pilates and movement!
