Namaste! I have been practicing yoga for the past 25 years and teaching yoga since 2008. I am an 800 Hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. My classes are Vinyasa based with a strong fun flow and great music. I teach all levels from an anatomically safe foundation. I also teach led meditation classes.
