Hi! My name is Kalena, second generation Pilates instructor, raised by my mother who has been injecting Pilates in my life since I was a kid! I was trained in Classical Pilates by HFE in London and currently teach at one of the top modern Pialtes studios, JETSET in Miami, Florida.
