With 2 years of teaching experience in both Pilates and Lagree, I bring calm, positive energy to every class while keeping workouts fresh, dynamic, and challenging. With a focus on form, creative combinations, and motivating encouragement, I help my clients feel strong, accomplished, and inspired! I have Balanced Body, Bodybar, and Lagree Fitness training in my reformer 1 & 2, tower, chair, and mat. I currently am teaching group and private sessions in Tampa, FL.
