I am a certified pilates instructor who has been teaching for over 15 years. I trained at Long Beach Dance Conditioning, under the tutelage of Marie José Blom. I am adept at personalized client fitness plans and group classes. I am certified in Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair and small equipment. My focus is on fostering client trust and safety.
