Kate teaches reformer and has a background in dance, with over 15 years of movement experience. Kate discovered Pilates as a way to support her dance training and quickly fell in love with its focus on strength, control, and body awareness. Kate has been teaching for a year and is Balanced Body trained and certified in reformer, mat and apparatus. She has also trained on CoreAlign, TRX, and springboard to deepen her knowledge and expand the ways she can support clients in their movement journeys. Whether you're new to Pilates or a longtime mover, Kate’s goal is to help you feel strong.
