My name is Kayla Brunswick, I’m from a small town in Ohio. I just recently opening up a Pilates studio (Aura Align). Offering mat & reformer pilates, as well as yoga, zumba, and meditation practices. I believe I’ve found my calling in helping individuals discover the incredible benefits of mindful movement. I bring a blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for empowering others to enhance their wellbeing. My teaching philosophy centers around precison, control, and the joy of movement.
