Teaching classes at Club Pilates has become more than just my job; it is my dream career path. During the pandemic, I learned to prioritize my mind and body in a completely new way. Through consistent, long-term mindful lifestyle changes, I lost over 150 pounds. I have been able to maintain my transformation through a balanced diet and exercise. I started my personal pilates practice at a Club Pilates in Louisville. In less than two months, I not only could feel the difference, but see the difference consistent pilates classes made on my body.
