Kristen Benson

Kristen is a third generation Pilates instructor based in Bluffton, South Carolina with nearly two decades of experience. Certified through Balanced Body, Pilates Sports Center, ScolioPilates, and eLevate, she teaches both classical and contemporary Pilates. She is open to mentoring on Pilates instruction and working with scoliosis considerations.
