Teaching for over 35 years, my own style informed and developed by all the trainings I have done and the experience of working with people. I trained as a yoga teacher, psychotherapist, movement therapist and bodyworker. I had my own studio for many years teaching all levels including advanced teacher trainings. Before COVID, I was teaching my own mentoring program internationally. These days, a lot of my work is in nature with embodied relating.
