I have a Club Pilates comprehensive certification. I've taught in Columbus, GA, Macon, GA, and Warner Robins, GA. I've taught a variety of flows, cardio, and restorative stretching classes! I love meeting new clients and connecting with people. One of my favorite things in life is helping others build strength, improve mobility, and feel their best through Pilates!
