About

I'm a RYT-500 yoga teacher with a wanderer's heart and a teacher's soul. For the past 5 years, I've been sharing yoga across Thailand, Turkey, Russia, and online — from ocean-view rooftops to luxury hotel spas. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Women's Wellness, always adapting to who's in front of me. My students say I create a space where they feel safe, seen, and inspired. I speak English (TESOL-certified) and Russian, and I'm always excited to connect with new communities.
