I am certified in group instruction, mat pilates and I am curently in the process of doing teacher trainings in reformer pilates with Balanced Body.
I always strive to create a class that leaves clients feeling strong, energized, with more body awareness and feeling confident in their skin. I love to emphasize mindful movement, strength, balance and mobility, and always make sure the vibes are high and the music is good.
As a surfer, I am also really passionate about how pilates movement can benefit surfers, prevent injury and create more balance / strength in and out of the water.
