I started as a pilates student in 2008 to improve my mind/body connection and increase full body stability.
In 2013 after a decade of not working, I returned to work and immediately noted everyone sitting for long periods of time. I struggled to stay balanced and to keep my body away from the traps of seated and standing work. Scheduling breaks and workouts, modifying my workspace.
In January 2020 I chose classical training to rehab my body post-op lower lumbar surgery.
Pilates is always good for my body and I look forward to continuously learning more every day.
