Trained by Michael King I have been teaching for over ten years. I'm passionate about my work and my approach is mind/body movement . Focusing on posture , flow and precision my love for classical mat work is fused with love of exploring other forms of movement such as Feldenkrais. I strongly believe the client is the expert of their own body , I simply guide & provide them with the tools to explore functional movements which they can then take into everyday life .
