I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years now. I have focused on yoga & pilates in more recent years.
I actively teach Reformer Pilates, and have created my classes based on mind body connection, breathwork, mobility, strength & stability, and functional fitness. I have a deep focus on spinal alignment, hip mobility, and pelvic floor health.
I love to challenge clients, but also ensure they feel they're thriving as their practice progresses. I'm passionate about pouring into clients & creating a sense of community.
