Hi, I'm Magda, originally from the Czech Republic and now live in Brighton with my partner. I recently became a fully qualified Pilates instructor in mat, Reformer and Pre/Postnatal Pilates. By day, I manage a retail store. Before and after work, I teach Pilates because I've fallen in love with helping people move better.
