My style is a client-centered approach with verbal and tactile cueing. I specialize in Scoliosis, Pre- and Post-Natal and Older Adults. I also thoroughly enjoy an athletic contemporary approach. My preference is 1:1 or small classes of 3-4. I have been in the Fitness Industry since 1994, first as a Personal Trainer. In 2007, I designed and implemented the first private Personal Training Studio in our community, which progressed to a thriving Brick and Mortar Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy Clinic. Additionally, I have a love for travel, which has given me the opportunity to teach abroad.
