My style is a client centered approach with verbal and tactile cueing. I specialize in Scoliosis, Pre Post Natal and Older Adults. I also thoroughly enjoy an athletic contemporary approach. My preference is 1:1 or small classes of 3-4. I have been in Fitness Industry since 1994 first as a Personal Trainer. In 2007 I designed and implemented the first private Personal Training Studio in our community with progressed to a thriving Brick and Motor Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy Clinic. Additionally I have a love for Travel which has given me the opportunity to teach abroad.
