I am a certified Pilates instructor and professional dancer with a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience. My journey in movement began through professional dance training, where I obtained my teaching diploma and developed a deep understanding of the body, technique, and expression. Over the years, I have specialized in Pilates (mat and equipment), working in various studios and continuously expanding my knowledge through seminars and ongoing education, including injury prevention, posture, and functional movement.
