I am a second generation teacher after studying with Lolita Sam Miguel. Originally I began my Classical Certification with Brett Howard and completed my program with Traditional Authentic Pilates. I have been a teacher trainer with Lolita's Legacy & Core Dynamics. I am the founder and creator of The Brigga Pilates Method.
