I am a second generation teacher after studying with Lolita Sam Miguel. Originally I began my Classical Certification with Brett Howard and completed my program with Traditional Authentic Pilates. I have been a teacher trainer with Lolita's Legacy & Core Dynamics. I am the founder and creator of The Brigga Pilates Method. Currently based in Vietnam.
Mentorship
I am a 2nd generation teacher under Lolita San Miguel. I specialize in assisting new instructors & those only Reformer trained teaching the method and developing the eye for detail in movement. Focus is put on teaching to the bodies in front of us with critical thinking & safety. A deep understanding of classical Pilates and functional movement is the goal of Briggs Pilates Method.
