2001: Started practicing Pilates 2004–2005: Got certified at The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO 2013: Got Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher designation 2019: Completed Kathy Grant Heritage Training with Cara Reeser Classically trained, currently teaching private and duet sessions on all the traditional apparatus and mat classes via Zoom.
