Hello! My name is Missoni Lanza and I have been a dedicated practitioner of the Pilates Method for 20+ years and a Certified Instructor for 12+ years. I'm strongly influenced by different modalities of movement which I incorporate into my teaching. I have sought out extensive training in Classical and Contemporary methods. I've also been trained in the Madeline Black Method and served as her Assistant for 2 years during her online training programs. My style is very much focused on building a strong foundation. My sessions are thoughtful, intuitive, challenging, educational, and fun.
