I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. I specialize in instructor training program design. I have 2 500-Hour Comprehensive Certifications, a 250-Hour Certification, and multiple other fitness certifications. I am currently a Lead Training Instructor/Director of Training for two Pilates studio chains. I train and certify new instructors according to the studio brand's standards. I also have experience as a Master Barre Instructor/Trainer and as a personal trainer.
