M💫Pilates by Monika

Monika is influenced and inspired by her many years of experience as a professional dancer and instructor for modern dance, Pilates and bodywork.   She became acquainted with Pilates while pursuing her degree in Dance Education in Vienna. While studying for her Diploma in Professional Dance Studies at the Laban Center London, she fell in love with her morning Pilates classes. Her passion is traveling and sharing all her experience in her Pilates Mat Groups, private and semiprivate sessions.
