Hello everyone! I'm a STOTT Pilates instructor from Montreal, Canada. I can teach on the mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair & barrel. My style of teaching is more on the athletic side but I love to teach with a more therapeutic approach too. I would love to be able to teach in different studios around the world and learn from other instructors.
