I blend the intention of yoga with the strength of personal training, specializing in powerful, athletic flow sequences that build real, functional strength. My classes are dynamic, breath-driven, and intelligently programmed to challenge and ground you. Expect creative sequencing, layered progressions, and high-energy playlists. I've been certified in yoga since February 2019 and as a personal trainer since May 2020, teaching across Philadelphia before relocating to Canandaigua in fall 2025.
