Nicole

Nicole is a classically trained Pilates instructor whose love of movement began in baby-sized ballet slippers and never stopped evolving. As a former competitive dancer, Nicole's love for the body led her from the dance studio to the Pilates studio, where she works to maintain and further her mobility and alignment.
