Nicole Raglin

Hi! My name is Nicole and I have been a Pilates instructor, studio owner and Personal trainer for close to two decades. I am a nationally certified Pilates trainer (NCPT), Polestar educator and am comprehensively trained through Polestar Pilates and Balanced Body. In addition to my Pilates experience I hold certifications with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Pilates for Neuro Rehab, Anusara Yoga and NIA.
