Hello! My name is Olami, and I'm truly passionate about movement and wellness. Fitness has been a core part of my life since high school, where I ran track and field. Ever since, I've stayed dedicated—lifting weights, staying active, and cherishing the ability to move daily. That dedication is deeply personal: growing up, my father, who was physically limited, taught me never to take mobility for granted.
