I have shown an interest in yoga at my young age. Yoga makes me feel calm and healthy, guiding me through dark periods.
I believe yoga is not only an exercise, art or philosophy but a way of life. It's my life's journey.
I studied anatomy, functional holistic rehabilitation and dietetics in China, completed reformer Pilates and mat Pilates courses in Australia.
I'm a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor specialising in:
