Paola Reyes

My name is Paola and I am originally from Puerto Rico 🤍 I will be completing my Mat and Reformer Pilates certification on 04-26-24 through an online platform called Breathe Education. I am also a soon-to-be Chiropractor graduating in June 2024. For this reason, I like to teach in a very evidence-based way. My priority as an instructor is to get people moving in a happy and successful way. This can be done through a combination of classical pilates moves and/or different moves that challenge the body enough to make the clients stronger. Very open-minded when it comes to teaching.
