I teach pilates mat based on BASI Pilates method. I do have teaching experience in dance improvisation and dancetheater performances. I am currently based in Athens, Greece and I hold a Bachelor degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Sports Sciences with a specialization in Dance studies.
