I teach pilates mat based on the BASI Pilates method. I do have teaching experience in dance improvisation and dance theater performances. I am currently based in Athens, Greece, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Master's degree in Sports Sciences with a specialization in Dance studies.
