Started my self journey with Pilates as a student 29 years ago to deal with sciatic pain. I've always dabbled in a little bit of everything, like boxing, spinning, yoga, weight lifting, barre, etc., but nothing excites me like Pilates does.
There's a passion in my heart to share Pilates with those who are less fortunate and unable to afford Pilates, so I offer free mat classes in the park when the weather is warmer.
My goal is to bring Pilates to everyone on the go. It is important to carve out time and prioritize your health while also clearing the mind, which Pilates facilitates.
