Pilates by Nancy

Offering classical Pilates instruction with a touch of modern. Nancy is a qualified Pilates instructor with a background of over 2 decades as a dancer, dance educator, and graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC. She was first introduced to and began studying Pilates while at Broadway Dance Center. With 25 years of dance experience, teaching, and lately educated in the study of Pilates through the Pilates Institute of New Jersey, she fuses her knowledge of movement through proper alignment, anatomy, and education to achieve a high standard while maintaining safe, strong movement.
