Bio
I am a 2nd generation Master Pilates instructor with Comprehensive training. I have taught Classical and Contemporary Pilates for over 25 years. I am an ex professional Ballerina and enjoy travelling and guest teaching both Ballet and Pilates since retiring as a studio owner.Since retiring from Ballet, I have run about 40 full Marathons and a few ultras. I also have experience with Water rehab and Aquasize classes. I have worked in a Physical Therapy clinic for over 15 years helping patients with chair exercises for strength and balance with my Functional Pilates program.
