Renay Compere

I am fully certified on mat, reformer, tower, and chair. I teach contemporary pilates with an athletic twist. My classes are fast-paced and have an emphasis on musicality and moving the spine in all directions. I teach basic reformer, advanced, classical, booty and core, jump and core, and pre/post-natal classes. I am also a certified barre instructor and can teach trampoline and HIIT classes as well.
