Renay Compere

I am fully certified on mat, reformer, tower and chair. I teach contempory pilates with an athletic twist. My classes are fast paced and have an emphasis on musicality and moving the spine in all directions. I teach basic reformer, advanced, classical, booty and core, jump and core and pre/post natal classes. I am also a certified Barre instructor and can teach trampoline and HIIT classes as well.
