I teach an athletic, fitness based class that emphasizes strength, endurance and mobility.
I am comprehensively certified by Pilates Place Miami and re-certifyed with Vitality Pilates in Seattle WA as well as bridge training by Club Pilates. I am level 1 Barre Above certified and I have studied exercise and pain science as well as strength training principles with master trainers.
