I am a Mat Pilates instructor and I teach Reformer Pilates at KX Pilates. I have a strong movement background with a university degree in dance and 1.5 years of Pilates teaching experience. I am also trained in Dance for Parkinson’s and have experience teaching people of all ages/abilities.
