Sadie Weaver

Hello! My name is Sadie Weaver. I'm a certified, full-time Pilates and barre instructor based in Columbus, Ohio. I love bringing movement into my clients' lives and helping them feel strong in their bodies. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I have a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology. My teaching style integrates this knowledge, along with aspects of contemporary Pilates, dance, and strength training. I am excited for future opportunities to grow as an instructor and build relationships with others.
